Orders received by 1PM will be dispatched same day, orders received after 1PM will be dispatched next day. Deliveries within Australia are shipped with Australia Post . 2-3 day delivery times apply. Deliveries to International destinations are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail Delivery. 7-10 day delivery times apply. Deliveries within USA are shipped via UPS or US Mail.
Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post, UPS and US Mail vary from time to time and are beyond our control. Receipted Delivery (if applicable) means that you must sign a receipt before the parcel/s will be left.
If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcel/s, or one or more are missing you can notify us by email at info (at) megapulse.net. Include the Receipted Delivery barcode numbers of any parcels you have received and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.
