Mercedes-Benz - Norway

I am pleased to give you some information about our experience with the product Megapulse. It has been known for some time in Norway, and the result so far is astonishing. I am convinced about the effect this gives the electical system on our vehicles. First of all it gives the batteries a "much better and longer life", which in next step is avoiding a lot of electrical problems. Both for customers and our workshops. In Norway, with the climatic conditions we have, we are sure the product is saving us from a lot of problems.

In Norway we have decided to fit Megapulse on every Vito and Sprinter sold to end-customers. Our experience is that customers with even older vans are doing the same when they are having their new one. Putting on a Megapulse. We also know that big customers, such as the Coca Cola company in Norway, have made the same decision. Putting Megapulse on their older models.

 

Coca Cola Company - Norway

Coca Cola in Norway has been installing Megapulse FAB since the begining of 2005. 

Coca Cola has reported no problems with batteries in their distribution trucks over the 4 year period to 2009.

Fire & Rescue - Askim, Norway

This Fire & Rescue unit was delivered to Askim Brann- og reddningsetat in 2001. In 2006 Megapulse FAB was installed before replacing the batteries with new ones. In 2009 measurements of CCA, Specific Gravity and rest voltage showed these batteries were still in top condition 8 years after initial installation thanks to Megapulse FAB. 

 

Scania AS - Norway

Scania - Norway  have installed FAB on 70 trucks for a period of 3 years and have compared the results with similar trucks not fitted with FAB over the same period.

They say the results have surprised them greatly with the 70 trucks having reported no problems with batteries or electrics over the 3 year period. 

Scania AS is currently installing FAB on all trucks with R&M agreement as they are convinced the results prove that FAB is a cost reducing product.

Aircraft success story - South Africa

After 6 years, the 12v battery could no longer crank the aircraft engine. The 'dead' battery was removed and put on charge with FAB attached. As the battery revived, the SG increased. No electrolyte was added. After 10 days, the SG registered 1.265 and the battery was returned to service. The engine cranked quickly and fired up within seconds. Before using FAB, the maximum charging current shown on the aircraft's ammeter was 8A. Now, an initial charging rate of 60A can be seen after starting showing that the battery is in a healthy state again. Flight tests with FAB fitted and operational show that all avionics are unaffected.

I received an FAB two years ago as a gift. I was skeptical and thought I would test it in the company workshop on a battery that had been lying out in the weather for about a year. After 1 month I load tested the battery and was surprised at the results. So I put the battery in the next diesel truck that needed a battery replacement. after 10 months it still starts the truck as good as any other battery, even through the cold winter here in the Gippsland.

We have an electric fork-lift which we use to load carpets. Even though we charged the batteries every night, we would run out of power during the day. Our auto electrician recommended new batteries at a cost of $4,500, but I thought maybe FAB may be a better investment. Two years later the forklift still goes but now with plenty of grunt on those old batteries even though we are much busier than 2 years ago.
